In Dubai, the growing number of tour operators along with the massive construction projects underway poses a threat and slowly shrinking the desserts.
Mark Miller, General Manager of Desert Rangers Tours and Activities, says that there should be some control in the industry. Developers also warned that as the emirate plans massive entertainment projects for visitors in the desert, Dubai's land bank will continue to be lessen.
