A wild elephant rampage in Kathmandu last Sept. 13 killed 4 including a 12 year old girl.
Police said that the elephant dragged its sleeping victims from their homes and trampled them to death.
Nepal is home 100 domesticated, mostly used in safaris and hotels and a 150 more wild elephants. These creatures are protected by Nepal's law and if anyone was caught of killing one, could face up to 15 years in prison.
