Our company is a reliable and reputable company. For all your safari requirements be it photographic, cultural, hikiing, beach holidays or a combination of all, we design iternaries to suit your budget.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Inspiration to have such a website is due to keep in mind the whole concept of an african safari whereby i can give a picture to my clients the whole idea of a truly african experience.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
our website was launched in the year 2006 and it remains the same till date.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Being a tour operator we were thinking on having a website, and a unique one so that is why we chose the name gazelle. A swift animal gazelle and so are the services which we offer. that is why.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Our website is different and unique that is no doubt and why it makes us different from others is that we are personally involved in all the activities which we are going to offer to our clients unlike others. We the owners personally give our clients full attention from the minute they arrive till the minute they depart.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My eventual plan is to be one of the leading tour operators who will offer best services to its clients not forgetting to assist the local community yet to be down to earth company which will accomodate all kinds of people regardless their budget.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Till now only investment and money have been put in. Success yes through client comments and their appreciation makes all the hard work and effort made by us fruitful
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
well i would look for investors and agents for our company. Our company has big plans so nothing can stop us to archeive it.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, our passion for this job is tremendous and we will always fulfil our clients demands and give the best service to our clients as always
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Unexpected costs are always there due of sudden changes in the government fees changing and fuel pricing increasing all the time. So it is always a matter of working hard and taking care of the clients
What has been your biggest challenge?
When started a company in Mbeya, that was the biggest challenge for us. The rest is basic competition which is everywhere.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Advertising with reputable companys online had been success.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Well our website has been doing very well and has been appreciated as well.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
This is supposed to be the third year and i will always have the website up
